We are a veteran team of construction professionals who gathered at the International Builders Show (IBS) in Las Vegas in 2023 with a mission to find products that saved our commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects real money while also elevating the quality of product.
We recognized that our diverse skill sets spanning product specification, construction, design, importing, and finance, positioned us to turn direct sourcing from manufacturers into a reality. Drawing from our collective experience with subpar products, industry wide shortages, inflation and unfriendly pricing structures, we positioned ourselves to bring substantial savings to developers and contractors, aligning with the timelines of multi-family market needs.
Our approach minimizes the involvement of "middle men”, enabling contractors and developers remarkable savings with access to first-grade products. We're able to offer the best of multiple worlds.
